YHL FEE STRUCTURE:
The YHL - Property Buyers Consultancy fee is structured in 2 parts…
- 1. An Upfront Engagement Fee - $550 non-refundable (but is included as a part of the Success Fee)
- 2. A Success Fee of 2.2% of Purchase Price (with a minimum fee of $5,500) payable after you have successfully secured your property.
